No, you cannot lighten your hair from the outside. To lighten hair, you need to use chemical bleaching agents. These will penetrate the hair shaft and remove color, it also damages your hair, and can make it dry and brittle and unless you use conditioners, it can break. There are spray colors, that will make hair look lighter, but it is a surface application. Best wishes

No I dont think this woud do the trick but if you take lemon juice and spread it on the body hair and sit out in the sun it will bleach your hair to a blondish color leaving it lighter than before
