Places to chill?

In New York City, where are places that teens hang out? Not Time Square, altho many do hang out there... im talkin bout raves, i.e. places to meet new people

People dont hang out in Times Square....and as far as the rest, NYC isnt geared that well to teens, unless they're very well connected with the NY party scene.
