What would be a healthy acceptable way to lose this weight? how much exercise/type of exercise should I commit to.

I lost about 40 pounds a year or two back by riding about 9 miles a day in the blistering heat, but i dont recall how long it took (a 4-6 month window) and didnt even really notice it.

Ive recently cut out all fast/fried/starchy foods.

help?

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.
there's a video on success fitness too.

Oh, don't worry......so as to lose weight, all you got to do is simply drink more water... 12 to 15 glasses of water a day. Then, NO to carbonated drinks, spicy, salty, fatty and nutty food. Also, do not eat chocolates, sweets and food with preservatives. EAT MORE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS.
I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. At present, I simply maintain my weight up to 65 kilos only.
Hope this will help you. Have a nice day and take care :)

the only way to reasonably lose that much weight is by adopting the Atkins diet. Minimal carbs per day.
Good luck

Don't do atkins, cutting things out is just not smart...

try weight watchers... it's just portion control and with working out daily you'll see a great difference...

GOOD LUCK!
