Need a website or something to know the exact percentage of calories or grams of fat. I have been searching for hours! Someone help!

grilled chicken doesn't use cooking oil.cooking oil is fattening.fried chicken needs cooking oil so thats why grilled chicken is much healthier than fried chicken.if u like fried chicken its best to use vegetable oil.if u add vegetables when serving grilled chicken it can be much healthier.

well i think grill chicken is healthier over fried because for one grill chicken like on a george former drains the greas and fat from the food where fried puts more in soaking it in lots of grease.

Baked chicken is better too.Add onions and green peppers to the recipe and it'll get even healthier.

It6 is like comparing a salad with no dressing to a Big Mac. Even so-called "Healthy" oils have a lot of fat in them. A lot of fast food places are changing to the trans-fat free oils, but they are still not good for you.
