Because heaven is a Christian's eternal reward. To think that you would be bored, sad, worried ect. those things would not ever happen in heaven. To think that they would, would mean that the person is not a Christian. My suggestion would be repent ask Jesus into your heart. If the person is a Christian then they need to pray and ask God why they feel the way they are feeling. Because these feelings do not line up with the Bible.

Life on this Earth will come to an end eventually. You will either be dead or alive when it does. Your soul will spend eternity in Heaven or hell. The emotions and feelings will no longer be human. My hope is in going to the place where I will praise my Lord, the Ancient of Days who saved me.

Heaven is a state of mind, as is Hell. You can be in heaven or Hell now, depending upon your state of mind. Eternal happiness is impossible; even your reasoning says so ... it becomes boring after a while. You don't have to wait until you die. Difficulties are inevitable; suffering is optional. It's your choice.

If there is no evil in heaven, then there is no free will. Thus I do not see the point of going to heaven. Why be a mindless robot?

Heaven is a place of eternal peace and bliss for a reason. Maybe you have never experienced God's peace. It surpasses all our understanding.

Non-existent can be neither boring nor happy... and we're definitely not "all eager" to get to this supernatural and mystical non-place.

Because that is our real home. We are travelers who are resting for a while in this world. We have a long journey. But we will reach our real home.
