What does "gordita" mean? Or is it a legitimate word?

Little overweight... Its equivalent to saying 'chunky'

Not the same as saying -fat- which can sound a bit harsh but -gordita(o) is a nice way to saying someone is a little overweight!

little fat one, or something to that extent. Gordita is the femine version of the word, Masculine would be gordito.

It can mean "fatty" or "little fat" or a mexican food called thus, gordita.

Gordita means little fat girl.

Gordo is fat (male).
Gorda is fat (female).
Gordita(o) is little fat female/male.

Maybe this will help: Gorda is to Duck, as Gordita is to Ducky.

According to babelfish translations it's not a translatable word. However, gorda in Spanish means fat person in English.
