My parents had their multiple visa in the US. While they were there, they applied a canadian visa and got it by the same day. Now that they were in the Philippines, could it be possible for them to use the same visa (canadian visa) to enter directly to canada without going to the US?

A visa to Canada will allow your parents to go there even without going to the US. It is not a requirement that you go first to the country where you applied for the visa.

If the Canadian Visa is still Valid then you can enter when you land at the airport no matter were you are coming from.
