Do you fel happy every single day. If not..what is it? how often do you feel happy? lately, little things might give me some happiness during a day..but it lasts so quick. Arent there some of you who are always happy?

not happy all the time
but i know something that makes me happy, so i do it alot
i like watching football, and watchin football highlights
so i watch videos of Barry Sanders, Walter Payton, Gale Sayers, Emmit Smith, Eric Dickerson, Jim Brown
and also LaDainian Tomlinson
and Steve Slaton , Adrian Peterson and Brian Westbrook
you guys prolly dont know any of these guys though

I think that its hard to find happiness if youre looking for it. Long lasting happiness is usually the cause of the most simplest things. I cant say that im happy all the time, but whenever i feel down i just think about what im grateful for, and that always makes me happy. So dont worry, be happy.

I don't think there are people who are always happy. You can be happy MOST of the time, but not ALL the time. If you were always happy, how would you know it when you're not? It's only when you're unhappy that you can appreciate the happier times before.

At the moment, I'm a bit iffy. I'm excited for my trip to Atlantic City, but this weekend i got into a HUGE fight with one of my best friends. Turns out someone used my screen name to send nasty messages...
