Eat right and exercise indoors =)
Lots of veggies, lean meats, fiber, water. Little to no sugar. I suppose you could also have your groceries delivered....

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

.I know a lot of people are self-conscious about going outside, you are not alone. Just do simple floor exercises to start with and put on your favourite music for motivation.The cheapest way of keeping fit indoors is a skipping rope or buy yourself a bike, rowing machine. When you feel more confident maybe you will feel like going outside for exercise or join a gym. Good Luck.....

Get an exercise video or an exercise machine. These won't require going outside.
