This is from the bible in Arabic from Leviticus 27 from the Old Testament, it's the 22nd verse:

وان قدّس للرب حقلا من شرائه ليس من حقول ملكه

What you wrote is pronounced "Qudisun lil rab" which means "holiness for God" or "the holiness of God".
