How should I dye my hair?

I have medium length, layered brown hair. I like the color it is right now but I want to spice it up a bit, preferably with something that won't require a lot of maintenance. I used the Lush henna dye in July, so my hair has some red tones that I'd like to enhance. Any suggestions? I was thinking about dyeing my whole head a spiced color but now I'm thinking about just buying a red hair dye kit and doing streaks instead of my whole head. Would this work?

i personally think u should get it highlighted chunky instead of streaks.A red tone like manic panic's pillar box red would look awesome! [manicpanic.com]. Farouk systems and L'oreal have awesome leave in condiotioners for different hair colours and the one for redheads work really well.If you want to enhance red hair and make it brighter with subtle highlights,try paul mitchell.He has a line of shampoo's that have tints in them like reds and oranges for red hair,blues for black hair,violets for blondes,etc.

well it is totally up to you. but before you do anything. can you imagine looking at yourself in the mirror everyday and looking at red hair? or try leaving the top half of your hair the color that it is and dye the tips of your hair red. if u dun think you would like that then try doing the streaks. i do my hair and switch it up all the time. well i hope that i helped you out a little bit. plse let me know what you decide to do..
