I think everyone see them, just overactive rods and cones at work...

When I close my eyes I can see the galaxy

the millions of little dots are called floaters. It's best to see an eye doctor to see if you have too many for some reason. I can't see well at night and see purple swirls in the darkness even when I close my eyes, and sort of tunnel vision in the day. Have been to 3 eye doctors and got 3 different opinions.

I was told once, whether true or not, that microbes live on your eye. When really bright outside, I've seen really tiny white specks that appear to have tails, appearing to be swimming around on my eyeball. They supposedly assist your tears in cleaning and protecting your eyes. Most likely though, its nervous activity flashing through your optic fibers, while blood pressure in your eyes are increased, or something like flashburn.
That's my two cents for ya.

Yea me too. I also not sure what is it. It just like looking at a blurred television screen, right?

I think you should just get used of it, probably it night-blindness.

Btw, if you do go see a doctor, tell me what is it when you got the answer. OK
