Should I just really get a brand new civic si or a used s2000 for that similar price range?

I would do the Civic Si:
-rear seat
-better hauling/vacation capabilities
-quieter
-more practical
-cheaper insurance
-fast enough for most
Now if this were a second car, and not my daily driver, that makes it a tougher decision.
