What does "Ca Bouge!" mean in French?

I always thought it meant "Let's Go!"

Ca bouge means "It's moving". This can be used simply to describe something moving. For example, something is stuck, you are prying it and it starts to move.

"Ca bouge" is also used to describe a party or an event which is "lively, animated, etc... For example downtown Paris on New Year's Eve, 'ca bouge'!!

"Let's go" is "On y va"

Literally it means "It moves". In other words, things are moving right along, the joint is jumpin', etc.
