Should I claim 0 or 1 for my federal and state tax on my paycheck?

I am single and I have no children. I'm 23 and live by myself. What is the best thing to claim. I am currently claiming 1 for state and 1 for federal. Is that correct?

If you came out about even on taxes this year, then it's fine. If you owed a fair amount, you might bump it down to zero.
