As a life-long Bruce Lee fan and a collector (I have more the 2-dozen B. Lee books alone in my libarey) the first thing that came too mind was 310lbs. I could good through those books, but it would take some time.

So I'd have to say the awnser by Chrissy is also correct.

A lot I guess after hearing reports that he was lifting more weight than people could move out other way in the gym. His plan was to lift heavy weights with a low amount of reps, bulking up like Schwarzeneger does 'not' happen by accident, pound for pound Bruce Lee was probably the strongest person alive. Sorry can't offer you a number on the exact amount

Bruce Lee did not lift weights to any great degree. He was afraid bulking up would slow him down.

P.S. I read his book.
