Yes.That is an excellent idea .Infact fasting the next day would cleanse your gut from all the excessive food you ate.Try having loads of fruits veges and water only the next day.I am doing this today myself because i ate alot yestrday.

The average calorie intake for a female is around 1600 a day, and 1400 if you are dieting. It is not generally healthy to have less than that as your body uses up to1200 calories a day to run itself. If you have less than this, then your body will actually start eating away at your organs - yes it sounds gross. If you over eat you should not cut back further for the next day or week, especially since you have such a low calorie intake anyway. Just try to cut the Chuck E Cheese out.
You could always try my philosophy which is that you only live once, so eat, drink, play, and have fun, because you never know when it will end.

EDITED: OK, I see that this is by doctor's order. You should talk to your doctor. But, if I were you, I'd simply call it a bad day, not beat myself up, and stick to my diet today. Maybe take a little walk or something if I felt terribly guilty. Ask him or her what you should do when you slip up. Everyone does -- it just means you have to get back on the wagon and start again. You may fail 100 times, but succeed on the 101rst. And every little bit helps, and all that.

Dear heart! 1350 is starvation rations, isn't it? I've never heard of a sane diet with calories that low for an adult. If you don't get enough calories, your metabolism will slow down, and you will get sluggish, your skin and hair will look bad, your eyes will lose their shine AND you will gain weight because your body thinks it is starving, so it cuts down all the extra functions.

Ask your doctor or school nurse about this!!

In general, if you overeat one day, you can cut back the next. Evolutionary-wise, humans had to make do with what food they could gather, but when someone killed something, they had to eat it fast before it spoiled. So they naturally had low-calorie days, and very high-calorie days.

It sounds like everyday is a low-calorie day for you, though. Don't try to eat only 350 calories today! You will make yourself sick!

Talk to a medical professional, please. They will help you be healthy!

I would cut down for the rest of the week, like instead of eating drastically little tomorrow, just eat slightly less for the rest of the week. A 1350 calorie diet is awfully low though, is it a doctor's order?

Yeah, start a new day tomorrow. It's hard to do but you can. Wake up and eat a healthy breakfast - light lunch and salad for dinner. That will get things back in order. Good Luck

Hi there, i would suggest that you dont starve yourself on the day you over ate u need to release the calories and use them as a energy... If u walk/run try and do a little but more that you would usually do... really one day isnt going to make you gain weight jst be a litle bit more strict over the next few days and youll be fine :-)

If you only eat 1350 calories a day I don't think today's little eat feast is going to hurt you one little bit. Just follow your regular diet routine tomorrow.

You should not starve yourself tomorrow for today's shortcomings. Don't beat yourself up, just start fresh tomorrow.

And good luck!!
