The difficult thing is I have a beer belly. But I have started exercising 30 minutes per day and my diet is quite healthy.

Is it possible to lose 5 kilos in 2 months and still drink only a few beers 3 or 4 times a week?

If you really want to lose wait you'll have to give up drinking alchohol so frequently. Maybe once or at most twice a week, you could have 1-2 beers. Anything more would make it hard for you to get rid of your beer gut.

As for losing the wait, its just a matter of how much you want it. If you continue doing 30 minutes daily and eating right then you should drop the 5 kilos. Although its not a certinty as all people differ when it comes to metabolism and losing wait.

Oh, stop drinking beer. So as to lose weight, all you got to do is simply drink more water... 12 to 15 glasses of water a day. Then, NO to carbonated drinks, spicy, salty, fatty and nutty food. Also, do not eat chocolates, sweets and food with preservatives. EAT MORE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS.
I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. At present, I simply maintain my weight up to 65 kilos only.

Well, i think you have to add more exercise to your plan. You might wanna do something like Pilate's or Tae Bo for 30 minutes, and then after that walk for another 30 minutes. You should add a new workout to you exercise plan. You should also try to change your diet a little. Try not to eat the same things everyday, then your body will get use to it and then it wont burn any fat off your body. You should also try to exercise before you eat because if you do then you just burning the food you eat instead of the fat.

Stop drinking
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

If you need to lose weight it is advised that you cut beer intake.not only you take in extra carbohydrates but you tend to eat while taking beer.
the best way to reduce weight is not by short term but by losing half a kg every month and you can reduce 6 kg in a year.always try something which is SMART.specific,measurable,achievable,realistic time bound.
