Races at 2.5 mile superspeedways have restrictor plates to keep the cars under 200 mph. The only two superspeedways on the NASCAR circuit are Daytona International Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway.
The 2007 Nextel Cup Superspeedway races are:
Daytona 500 (2/18) -- Daytona
Aaron's 499 (4/29) -- Talladega
Pepsi 400 (7/7) -- Daytona
UAW Ford 500 (10/7) -- Talladega

Only the super-speedways. This was done to keep the cars under 200 mph to protect not only the drivers, but the fans in the stands as well. Presently only Talladega and Daytona are effected.

Both Talladega races and both Daytona races. I'm not sure about the Indy race but I don't think it is.
