Ive been losing weight. Im 5'4 and 130lbs. I am trying to get down to 125lbs cause I heard to lose the stomach weight I gotta lose the weight first. So Im working on it. Any other suggestions? Im doing an ab workout every other day and running on the treadmill.... help me.

Just keep up the routine. Its not as much how much you do as it is how often you do it. By working out often in small increments, you increase the rate at which your metabolism works. So just keep up what your doing and you'll reach your goal in no time. Be patient.
