Worship is a lifestyle, not an action. While good deeds are manifestations of worship, worship itself means how you live your life in a way that glorifies God. I don't know if I can say that there is a 'right' religion. I am a Christian and while that may be the right religion for me, Islam or Judaism may be the right religion according to someone else. As a Christian, to me serving God just means living your life in accordance with the Word and that's all. Some people manifest worship by doing good deeds, others by singing and dancing, others still by praying. The action itself is not what matters, it is the motivation behind it. If you are singing and dancing or doing good deeds just so that other people can see that you are Christian or Muslim or Jewish then that is not worship, it is just you trying to get attention, but if your deeds are truly motivated by faith and belief in your God, then you will find yourself worshiping Him even when no one is looking.

Good deeds are worship. The way I see it, the Bible is not so much a storybook, but instead a collection of proper ways to
treat others.

For example, "judge not, lest ye be judged." I interpret this to mean that we should not abuse or kill other people, because it is the duty of God to punish the bad and reward the good.

And I do not think that you have to be a member of a certain religion to serve God. I believe in God, but I don't believe in any form of organized religion. I think you simply need to treat others with the respect that they deserve.

dictionary defintion
The reverent love and devotion accorded a deity, an idol, or a sacred object.
The ceremonies, prayers, or other religious forms by which this love is expressed.

Good deeds can be a form of worship. Historically worship focused more on sacrifice, and less on emotion.

The Bible defines worship and sacrifice as obedience. We worship God by obeying the Lord.

Ah...well, you just said something that didn't make sense to me. You asked if you had to believe in God to worship? If you didn't, it would not be worship. But yes, good deeds are part of worship as is compassion, forgiveness, gratitude and praise. To my way of thinking, doing things well, whether it be at my job, in my home or wherever is worshiping also because I know these activities please God. And, in my opinion, there is no religion that I would call the "right" religion.

Good deeds? I'm sorry I'm not following you. What/whom are you worshipping with deeds?

I don't mean to be sarcastic with this question, but it's a straightforward one and I want you to consider it: can you worship something that does not exist? Yes you can. What if there truly is only one God, and only one way to God, by Jesus Christ? Would He then be worthy of your worship?

Anything we "do" should be because we love Him and want to please Him. You cannot "serve" a god that does not exist. You are then serving nothing.

first of all good deeds should be the fruit of the Spirit of God dwelling within you.
secondly, you aren't saved by your works alone - you are saved by the Grace of God. Salvation isn't something we earn, its a gift - a gift that we really dont deserve, because in my flesh dwells no good thing.
thirdly, you do good deeds as unto the Lord, "in everything you do, let it be for the Glory of God" so yes, they are a part of worship - but you also worship God with a song

Good deeds are as filthy rags to God. Worship of Jesus Christ include but not limited too: Reading His Word, Praying, Singing songs that glorify Him, Going to church, Going to work and doing the best that you can. Being submissive to authorities just to name a few. I could go on.

They do. Good Deeds are the only thing's that you bring with you at the Judgement.
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
