J.W's..
Because they have a knowledge of future events.
It does nat matter how bad things get on the earth, we know that God himseld, with Jesus, will sort it out.
global warming does not worry us, because the Bible promises the earth will survive.
(Matthew 6:10) Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth.
The earth has to remain in existence until ALL of Jehovah God's plan is completed.
(Psalm 37:29) The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it.
RESIDE FOREVER UPON IT [ THE EARTH]
So when the bible speaks about the 'old' earth being destroyed and a 'new' earth', it is referring to the governments and the men who are not looking after it.
A landlord kicks out bad tenants...he does not burn down the house.
He just makes it available to new BETTER tenants.

Happiness and Joy are two different things. I am always joyful because I know I have God there for me. I may be happy because I get to eat a yummy dessert, but that fades when I get hungry again. Rich people can be happy because they have money to buy whatever, but that too fades, and they are left worrying about how to spend their money.
I believe that the most joyful people on Earth are those who are comforted in knowing what will happen in the long run...

Surely it's the believers. Because they believe there is a life after this which is much better than this miserable life. They will not be interested in worldly desires. They won't become unhappy when they lose something expensive or something bad happens to them. But instead the unbeliever doesn't believe in a second life he worries about his death,wealth....etc. So how can he be happy!

Fools. Ignorance is bliss. Just kidding, I am very happy because I know that the only thing I have any power over is how I feel. I have people who love me. I have talent. I live in a country where I can disagree with the ruling party, and speak my mind. As long as that stays I am happy.

Those who have learned that it's better to give than receive. And those that have made a conscience effort to pattern their lives by the guidelines the Creator has provided them in the Bible. Those that have learned what Satan has enticed them with and have had the spiritual maturity to avoid his snare. In a nut shell those you have learned to love Jehovah God.

those who are enlightened to some degree. Those who realize that material goods do not produce happiness, and they are not attached to such things, but instead content themselves to focus on eternal truths. Those who are not selfish, but think about others first, and have compassion on all beings, and see the good in other people and circumstances.

Well, I would have to say it is the two people who just finished having sex. Is there ever a more relaxed time right after you and you "significant other", or whatever you call him or her, have enjoyed a roll in the hay? If there is, I don't know what it is.

Happiness is a goal, almost never a state of being. If you are constantly happy, you've probably been duped. I'd recommend a nice healthy dose of skepticism.
