And don't just say JL 10W7 unless you really really think it was the best.

I would also like to note to try and keep price in mind. The diamonds look phenominal, but no matter how many watts only one 10" wont push enough air for me, I'm looking for 2 10s and have about 1000 watts to play with. Thanks for the answers!

Boston Acoustics makes a G5 thats sounds better then a w7. hell, it sounds better then the w6, jl's "sq" subwoofer. i know cause i got to listen to them side by side. the boston was tighter, more accurate, and clearer then the JL line. its got to be one of the best 10" subs i have ever heard. it sounds better then my G5 12"s that i got. and there less then $200 shipped on ebay. which makes them the best bang for the buck as well. check em out.

p.s Infinty Kappa subs are also really good for SQ. so are Kenwood Excelons, and MB Quarts.

i got very good results from 2 10 mmats procast on a seal or bandpass box
the same with the old hifonics generation x
people believe there is 4 12 in the trunk

also the 10w3 and a JL 500/1
i install them in a a6 audi and they sound clear and loud no need to go with a w7 and there is no need for 1,000 per woofer good luck on the next system

this is one of the best audio forums

I have an Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1 sitting in my mom's car now. That thing not only hits loud and clear, but hits precisely too! It's a 350w RMS sub! It stopped being manufactured because Infinity has a new line of subs. But this is the best I heard by far. I also like my friends Alpine Type X. He has 2 10's and they hit way harder than my sub in my mom'scar but they aren't as clear and precise since his box isn't a good size.

Best sounding 10" sub is the diamond audio TDX. Out of my opinion it smokes that JL W7 in all ways. Sounds much tighter, hits harder, better cooling system, better power handling.

My brother had a Toyota standard cab pickup that bumped really loud, I told him, what you got in there? He showed me only one grey flatfaced subwoofer with a red logo on it, i did some research and it turns out it was a precision power. I'm not sure of the exact model, but it was a precision power 10 inch subwoofer. Pretty loud for one 10.

Bro-step, a sub style of a sub style. it fairly is a sub style of dub step, this is in itself is a sub style of a much greater better style, digital song. EDIT: i can not have faith I forgot to indicate COW PUNK. Yeah, you heard me, COW PUNK. it fairly is a mix of u . s . a . song and punk song.
