MY SISTER, MOTHER AND I FOUND OUR SELF ON THIS CONVERSTATION AND I DESIDE TO SHARE TO SEE IF YOU ALL FEEL THE WAY WE FEEL or how do you feel about this.
ANYWAY MY SISTER AND I FIGURE YOU ARE STEP BOTHER AND SISTER IF YOU HAVE DIFFERENT FATHERS AND THE SAME MOTHER.
AND MY MOTHER ON THE OTHER HAND FEEL THAT YOU ARE STEP BOTHER AND SISTER IF YOU HAVE THE SAME FATHER BUT DIFFERENT MOTHERS
EX1: I HAVE A BOTHER WHO HAVE 3 DAUGHTES WITH 3 DIFFERENT BABY MOTHERS DO THAT MAKE THEM STEPsisters?
EX2: MY FATHER HAS 7 CHILDREN 2 HAVE THE SAME MOTHER, 1 HAS A MOTHER, 3 SAME MOTHER,AND 1 WITH A MOTHER.
DOES THIS MAKE US BLOOD BOTHERS AND SISTER OR STEP?

Surely you know caps indicate SHOUTING.
Step brothers and sisters are not blood related. It means unrelated by blood but related by marriage children of married spouses.
Half brother and half sister indicates that you share a common parent, but not both.

In both cases ie if the fathers are different and mother is the same or if the mothers are different and father is the same the children are half brothers and sisters. Step brother or sister means a relationship resulting from a step parents previous marriage.

at least one common parent makes your half brother/ sister.
step is only if you have no common parents by birth but my marriage. say someone get married and they have children from previous marriages who are not blood related...step siblings.

Personally, I believe that if you share one parent then you are truly a brother or sister, and not any of that 1/2 or step stuff. For example, if your parent's divorced and your father re-married and had another son, that is your brother. You should treat him the exact same as if he had the same mother as you. I don't believe in that step stuff, your sibling with a shared parent is your true whole sibling. Family is what you make of it, more then of your blood relatives.

a step brother/sister can be from either same mother or different father or from same father and different mother what makes just like you can have a step mother or step father. if you have a step father and they have kids then they are your step siblings if you have a stepmother and she has kids result is the same... Its like the Brady bunch he had 3 kids and she had 3 kids that meant her kids were step kids to his kids and vis versa for hers.. But say your father had an affair and had a kid with another woman that would be a half brother or sister because the have at least one parent that is the same as yours ... Steps are only related by marrage

Step brothers/sisters do NOT share a biological parent. For example if your step father had children before he married your mother, then these children would become your step brothers or sisters and you theirs. If one of your parents is the same as your brother/sisters then you are half (or blood) brother/sister.

If you have different parent's whether it be the mother or father you are step related.Your brothers kids are all step related because they have different mothers.The only way you are not step is if you share the same mother and the same father as the other person.

If siblings share a mother and have a different father you are half siblings, or if siblings share a father and have a different mother you are half siblings. When a person who has been previously married with children marries another person who has children, then the children are stepbrothers and stepsisters.

If a child shares either parent with another child then they are half sisters/brothers/brother& sister. If there is no blood relation, like your Mom married a guy (or your Dad a woman)with a child (not related to them by blood) then you would be step siblings

A "step" is when your mother marries your step's father or you father marries your step's mother. If you share the same father or the same mother then you are half-siblings.
I personally have step-sisters because my dad married their mother. My step-sisters have half-sisters because their father remarried and had more children.
