Arguing with words about God is an exercise in semantics. I believe in God. I do not believe that God is a sandal wearing, grumpy, human impregnating, man in the sky. I do not believe that God chooses words to be with us. I do not believe that God would choose only the people of the ancient Middle East. I believe we all are God, are of God.
I think the bible is not the truth, not the true word of God.
Now what? Nothing, I would never think about the bible if other people didn't bring it up trying to pass laws against my freedom.

i'm jewish. i respect my religion and i follow it but i really don't believe in god. simply because i like to believe in things as i see them. i tell things like they are. why don't people just worship the son. at least you can actually SEE IT.

Now I try to keep church and state separate, or at least convince otherwise reasonable people to keep them separate.

i dont believe in god and i am gay...the question is to you, what now?? is it good to have a god that forces you to "not like" other people you dont even know just because your god forces you to prejudice?
