Wrong, dude. So wrong.
Girls can only tell when you're lieing because, most often, guys royaly SUCK at lieing.
We act differently, we talk differently...guys just aren't themselves when something is out of place.
Girls are often the same way, usually the same way in fact, again, though, guys are commonly too dumb to realize anything.
I can always tell when my girlfriend is lieing because I pay attention.
It's really amazing what you can notice about someone when you actually pay honest attention to them.
Guys are usually just too conceded and/or stupid to realize anything is going on.
Like I said, girls will usually give off the same obvious signs, but for the half of the human race that scratches themselves publically and finds the physcial pain of a friend funny....it's easy to let slip by.
The thing is...if you're lieing...you shouldn't be.
It's a dumb choice to make anyway.

Women are far better skilled at a guys nonverbal language before he even realizes it. It all depends on who you are and your experience.
