Even a good thing like bananas can cause an overdose if ingested too much. Flash back of the woman who was on the radio station trying to win a wii by drinking all that water. She died. Moderation of anything is key to a long and healthy life, I always say.

There seems to be no upper limit for potassium intake. 5 bananas per day do not cause any harm, I have been doing it for years.

I would be more concerned about sugar overdose. It would be better to substitute apples for a few of those bananas.

Yes. Everything in moderation. Too many bananas a day could not be good for you

Seriously, call a dietician. Where to find one? At your local hospital.

She;'ll put your mind at ease.

PS. Healthier than eating 5 jelly doughnuts a day.

Watch it or people are bound to start calling you Bonzo.
You can over do anything - food, sex, excersize.
Well, food and excersize, anyway.

I don't think so, but it will play havoc on your blood sugar. If you dont have diabetes I think you should be ok..
