How many calories are in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
White bread, smooth Jiffy peanut butter, cheap strawberry preserves jelly.

And was is the average Suggested daily calorie intake for a female, 24, 5 foot 11.

A slice of bread (normal sized, not massive) usually has about 80-90 calories. Whole grain bread is much better for you, has more fiber, keeps you feeling full longer. It also depends on the amount of peanut butter and jelly you are using. One serving of peanut butter is two tablespoons, about the size of a golf ball, i'd recommend actually measuring it out, so that one serving has 190 calories. A serving of strawberry preserves is I believe one tablespoon (again id recommend actually taking a measuring spoon and doing it) and it has about 50 calories. So two pieces of bread, one serving peanut butter, one serving jelly would be about 420 calories.

How much do you weight now/how active are you? If you sit around at a desk job and don't exercise at all you need less calories than if you exercise or have a job that requires movement. You probably need about 2000, but heres a link to calculate it:
