They are not Jews. Most of them are xtians who pretend to be Jews in order to trick lonely old people and people ignorant about their religion into becoming apostates. Messy Jews are the lowest of the low. They are trying to steal souls for their church, to turn Jews away from the path that G-d gave.

At least xtians who openly follow their Mithraic mystery cult are honest that they want to convert Jews; the J4J try to fool people into thinking they are not turning their backs on G-d's Commandments that there is only one G-d - not a man , and not three beings.

Messianic Jews = Christians.
Jews for Jesus = Christians.

It does not matter what faith they were BORN to, once they accept Jesus as the savior, they are no longer members of the Jewish faith, they are now Christians.

Would you call someone born a Christian who converts to islam a Christian for Muhammad?

Or a person born a Muslim who converts to Christianity a Muslim for Jesus?

The whole mixing of terms is stupid. They are either Jews or they are Christians, not both.

Well, they're Christians, except they probably obey more of God's laws than most Christians.

Real Jews CAN'T accept Jesus as the messiah - he didn't fulfill the requirements, so they would be disobeying God by doing so. These people won't eat a cheeseburger, just because God says not to, so they're probably not going to just dismiss the Biggest No-No.

Before answering, can I buy a vowel?
Yes, an "O" please, lower case.
It doesn't fit?
OK, then my guess is Gid, The phase is "I believe in Gid."

Yes, Messianics are neither Jews or Christian. The are the Agnostics of the faithful, the fence sitters, who can't quite decide what to believe and as a result blaspheme both religions by their existence.

They are Jews who recognize the Messiah has come.

Praise the Lord!

(To Nexusmoon: Your link was a funny read: "Jesus isn't a prophet because..." Thanks for the laugh. But we all know Jesus didn't claim to be a prophet.)

On the contrary. They are also called "completed" Jews. Jewishness is a heritage, and cannot be taken away from a person, even when they come to realize Jesus is indeed their savior. It is the fulfillment of that religion when they come to recognize Jesus as Messiah. A beautiful fulfillment.
