some teens have bed wetting problems so they'd wear the diapers to keep everything clean and stuff...

A small percentage of teens start wetting the bed again once they hit puberty. The problem usually clears up on its own. If you are the parent of a teen who is having this problem, you could limit their beverage consumption before bed. If it is serious problem that persists, I've heard of some people buying alarms that slip inside the bed. It goes off when moisture hits it. I don't recommend that though because it could cause anxiety.

Bed wetting can make it so that teens wear diapers no shame in keeping the blankets dry.

i've never heard of teens wearing diapers at night. maybe they have an overactive bladder, or their brain isn't as developed as other teens and they haven't learned to control that function.
