this is the day of march 13th and from this day i promise to watch what i eat ,watch what i put in my mouth,i swear that i will not exceed 155 pounds unless i am pregnent,i want to look better than i do now because i know i can,i swear to keep this promise and i will workout more 5 days a week,i will not eat until i am full,i will eat when i know that im not hungry,i will be fit for my health,for my looks,for my clothes

HI Esmarelda;

First......settle down, your attitude is good you just need to focus that positive health plan and realize that....YOUR NOT OVERWEIGHT, YOUR OVER ACID. Im a natural health practitioner. First, your age and height HAVE NOTHING to do with overweight issues, your prior eating habits are symptoms not causes, however relating to excess weight save your money and dont count on will power cause it leads you to FALSE GUILT FEELINGS, more in a second on that. I DO NOT recommend you go on any fad diets or any diet of any type. These are not long term healthy options and quite frankly these type diets are promoted as a way of selling some type of book or gimick product. Forget counting calories, grams of fat or portion rations, forget swearing to keep promises. The only, best and most harmonious method is to know you PH LEVEL.....EDUCATE YOURSELF on proper BODY PH BALANCE. Esmerelda, the body is dominated by 2 chemicals, acid and alkaline, excess acid depletes alkaline and alkaline reserves, alkaline is basicaly oxygen, and since our body is about 70% liquid, common sense and basic scientific fact dictate that the liquid must stay alkaline so acid does not take over. When acid takes over, ACIDOSIS or CANDIDA is the result, now the body has to counteract this and what it does is produce MUCUS to envelop the excess acid cause the acid can damage the sheething on tissue of the inner organs, and since there isnt enough alkaline in the system nor is there enough natural antioxidents, this MUCUS starts to build up in the body instead of being eliminated, so now you get the body to continue to react to protect you and the body now produces EXCESS FAT CELLS to cover and protect your inner organs from the MUCUS and ACID. This is why you cant lose those extra LBS. your body is using fat to PROTECT you. Lose the excess acid by eating less acid food and more alkaline food and the excess fat goes with it and stays away, all of it. have disipline but do not overdo it (eating habits and excerise) if you do you might dread working out/you diet and eventually stop.

make a visual plan of your goals keep track with them daily/weekly

find an excerise you enjoy doing. it should be fun not a chore. if you hate running...why run? when you'll just stop in a week or two. love swimming? then do it, and you are more likely to workout harder, enjoy it, and most importantly stick to it

do not get discourage if you do not see results immediately or consistently. sometimes you might not be able to lose a set amount a weight ever single week.

grab a healthy snack especially things you like. do you really need those sweets or will some fruit taste just as good? do u need soda before bed or will water quench your thrist

most importantly HAVE FUN AND BE HEALTHY

Write your pledge on your bathroom mirrow and read it every morning while you are brushing your teeth. You can do it, it will be hard at first but it will come natural once you get the hang of it.. Good luck and I hope you lose all the weight you want.

Now write all that down on a piece of paper and stick it to your refrigerator signed and dated. Then when you go to the fridge you can ask yourself are you really hungry? Hope this helps. and congrats on knowing that you can do it
