I get jheadaches Almost EVERY DAY. Pretty much every day, and I get these severe migraines a couple times a month. I feel like I am going to die or something. Is there something wrong with me??? sometimes the sickness ranges from between my knees and pelvis to my head. Is there something wrong here??

You need to see a doctor for a complete physical. That is the only way you can get some answers.

Sounds like Vitamin A overload to me symptoms of vitamin A excess include hair loss, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, scaly skin, blurred vision, rashes, bone pain, irregular menses, fatigue and headaches.

Oral forms of vitamin A prescribed for skin problems are potent drugs that can cause birth defects and should not be used by pregnant women. The recommended daily intake for Vitamin A is 4,000 IU for women. Also if you are on the pill, your need for Vitamin is decreased. Check any multivitamin tablet bottles to ascertain how much you are taking???

Hope this helps a bit.

It could be a variety of things. It depends on how old you are and if you are m/f.

Hormones, growing pains (depending on age).
Pregnancy (depending on sex)

Diet - you said you eat healthy but maybe your body isn't getting the nutrients it needs.

For your body pains of course take Tylenol when needed, but take a hot relaxing bath, use a heating pad on your sore joints.

It could depend on what kind of excersizing you are doing and how much. Maybe space your workouts out more and drink a ton of water.

And of course see a doctor, but for the temporary cure all, Chicken Noodle Soup. Strange, I know, but it really seems to take away all aches and pains, even if it's temporary!

Are you male/female? It could be hormones, thyroid, stress or whatever else. Have you checked your blood sugar, blood pressure lately? Do you drink enough water, get enough sleep?
You should go to a doc for some bloodwork.

Why haven't you seen a Dr? These are not the kinds of symptoms you should ignore. It could be anything from an infection to a brain tumor.

It could be hormonal, diabetes, pregnancy, an allergy or food intolerance.

I know everyone else has said it, but you really need to see a doctor. Best of luck!

You probably just need to drink more beer, and if that doesn't solve the problem continue drinking till it don't hurt no more!

fatigue is usually caused with lack of sleep, or vitamins. take some iron pills, or VitaminB12 to boost your energy.
