I don't really know to be totally honest. I don't think the Bible really speaks about it so I am not going to try to guess. Apparently it wasn't an issue that was needed to be discussed. I will say this though...I have had many pets in my long life and I have enjoyed each and every one of them...have loved them and worried about them and mourned them when they died so I can't imagine that my God would not have a special place for those that have brought such great joy to us.

Good question. Everyone believes something slightly different though. Me, being a Christian, believe that they also have a soul, and go to heaven.

in general animals are not responsible for their actions and do not deviate from the nature which God decreed for them. However, the prophet muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) said they will be ressurected on the Day of Judgement (like humans) and will have justice dealt to them accordingly, and then God will say to them "be dust" and then they will turn to dust, while humans and jinn(spirits) will be judged for either paradise or hellfire.

I think they are going to be with us. Since we are going to be free of physical limits in heaven, we are able to fly with birds and swim with fishes..cool..what do you think? : )

they do not have a spirit/soul; because they do not talk like we humans do, so they do not go anywhere. its just like they die, and nothing happens to them because they had no soul or spirit.
