My dog is about a year and a half old. She weighs over 30 lbs and is a full blood beagle. Right now her nose is like dry and warm. Her tummy is red and warm. Her ears are a bit red and warm. This has been going on for a week now. Should I see the vet?

From your description, your dog is running a fever, meaning she has an infection going on in her body. You definitely need to take her to the vet.
If she's not spayed, it may be Pyometra, a deadly infection of the uterus. It's a silent killer.

Yes, you should take your dog to see the vet. At least call your Vet. and ask for some advice and see if you need to bring your dog in. Good luck and keep us posted.

I would take your dog to the vet especially since her nose is dry that can be a sigh of dehydration. She also could be having an allergic reaction.

Of course, if you ever think that something is wrong with your dog, take it to the vet. Don't expect that people on the internet with no vetrinary degree can diagnose anything.

Yes of course.
Check for a vet immediately. I think it is fevering.
