My 2 female cats are more trainable than my male. Why is that?!

You may have two smart females and a stupid male, but that doesn't really prove anything about the rest of the world's cats. I've had some smart cats of both genders, and some moronic ones of both genders.

We have four cats...three females and a male.
One of our females is very smart the other two..well they're as dumb as a stick...but we love them to bits.
The male on the other hand is the smartest of the four.
I don't really think intelligence has anything to do with gender or even breed, I think with cats...just like with people..some are just smarter than others.

I have 10 cats and I have found that my males seem to be smarter and more affectionate. My cats are all strays I have taken in over the years and they are all fixed. I guess maybe it just depends on the cat.

cats usually respond better to the opposite sex and that might be the reason your male cat is oblivious of you. I have a female cat and she always goes and sits on my husbands chest, even when we both are lying down together. she also masages his shoulders but you cant get her to do the same for me.

because there girls they were born smart with an attitude male cats are just dick heads pardon my language but i dont know to say it without useing those set of words but anyways female cats are thge best but male cats dont like to listen hope that helps
