I've called women on more than one occasion when I caught them at an inconvenient time, so they tell me they'll call me back. So I wait for their phone call but never get one. Why do they do that? If you are not going to call me back, at least don't say that you are! That is kind of like lying when you do that. I also believe you should be a person of your word.

sometimes they mean to call you but they accidentally forget. and by the time they remember it is to late to call and some probably just say that so they can get off the phone.

You aint never lied!! Some females do it just to get off the phone and not be rude about it. But they end up rude either way so telling the truth would be feasible for me. I don't worry bout it because sometimes I do it too. When my time is constantly occupied, I forget alot so don't take it personal. Let her know that it's bothering you and see what her deal is.

Because women are chicken just like men and just tell you what you want to hear! If she doesn't call you back then don't waste your time with her!
