Sounds like you are on a pretty stringent plan. Just remember, EVERYONE has a six-pack, even obese people. You have to be lean enough for it to show. So the crunches will make those muscles larger and being thin lets them show. That's the secret.

specific whether it takes a number of of them. i grow to be as quickly as interior the wellbeing center for medical melancholy. They desperate to be certain how extra healthful all of us have been and crunches have been between the failings that they had us do. They stopped counting when I reached 3000. I have been a soldier and a mountaineering instructor. Toned abs do no longer likely practice whilst your continuously in a blouse. BTW you're some distance from fat if I have been some million years youthful i could fairly opt to this factor you and practice you off on my arm on Valentines day.

1000 is a bit much it would actually hinder your results if you overwork em. theres a saying that abs are 20% exercise 80%diet. pretty much your abs are fine you really need to work on losing the fat in front of em. keep up the cardio you are doin adjust you diet and cut down on the crunches and do them every other day

it sounds like you are very active so you need to make sure that you are eating enough for your level of daily activity. if your diet consists of little sugar and mainly whole foods it should take long to see improvements. abdominal training will strengthen the mid-section and the diet and exercise will help to decrease the body fat percentage

you only need to train the abs 2-3x a week. they need to rest and recover just like any other muscle group

wouldn't waste ya time doin 1000 situps a day. Everybody has a six pac its just a matter of loosing the body fat to see it. Just 50 situps in the morning would be enough to get them more noticable

doing 1000 and doing 10-12 reps its the same if you want abs my best advice is do them with weight its the best way, doing more than that its just showing off and overtraining your abdominal yes its only one muscle guys the rectus abdominis and for fat burning you dont have to do cardio (in your case running) for more than one hour daily. good luck
