Yes, it does work. I once used the starter kit for a period of 2 - 3 months. The kit had the cleanser(like a scub), toner, clay mask and repairing lotion. The only thing i found too strong was the repairing lotioin. To a certain extent, it had a biting feel. Didn't like it.... after the two-month regime, I continue to use only the cleanser (as a scub once a week) and the clay mask over occasional pimples. Applying a layer of mask overnight on the pimples help to heal the spots better. Just dot on the pimples will do. Proactiv is good only when not overused. I think for some people, the full range may be too strong for the skin.

Proactiv does work. But its not some kind of magical substance that works miracles. Its not necessarily fast but rather a long process. I would say about 2 months would be necessary to see really good results.
Proactiv usually comes in 3 bottles; what sucks is only one or two of them is good for using depending on you, the other left over is just annoying and is a waste of money.

I got really bad acne after I had mono and it really helped. It seems to start helping right away. The product has some botanicals in the toner that take down the redness right away. They have a money back guarantee if you do not like it.
You can also buy it on http://www.qvc.com
If you use the club program then you can customize your shipments. I used more cleanser than other things, so I had them send me 2 cleansers and 1 toner for a while. I did not use the repairing lotion much. Also the mask that they have is really good for putting on acne flair ups overnight. It dries it up.

No. The only results I saw were acne getting worst.
It broke out my face, made it flaky and dry, and made it itch like crazy. Even with moistizer.
They just use Jessica Simpson because she is an "idol" that will supposably get people to buy it.
Results are supposed to start showing 2 wks-1 month but you probably won't see them.
Try Aveeno for a facewash and Retin-A for a acne cream and Mary Kay moistrizer if you want to see results.

I know it worked for me!! I had some acne when i was in middle school. I tried it and was amazed it made my skin to clear and clean and I don't break out anymore. I saw results in two weeks but it all depends on your skin. Some people it can take up to several weeks. Good luck!!

Just a couple weeks. My friend uses this. But the cons- It made her face oily. So she uses Proactiv and this other one called AcneFree. Proactiv is for dry faces and AcneFree is for overly oily faces so if you put them together it evens out! Try that, I hope it helps!

Yeah it actually works great but the thing is people who usually say it doesnt work are not using it properly or didnt try it long enough. It took me two weeks to see a significant difference and a month for my face to be clear.
