If beer gets too hot it can turn "green" as bars refer to bad beer. If the can was cold and got hot; no way can you drink it because it will taste awful.

Wow a beer was in a car for 24 hours during spring break !! Not sure how to answer your question, as it has never happened to me before.

I doubt it. Mopar is right, in Europe the beer is not served cold, it's served warm.
