NO. The Holy Spirit is a warm feeling and smells like maple syrup. Also is a warm yellow color.
What you felt is a demon. Demons are cold, and always have been and always will be.
When you're touched by The Holy Spirit you'll know it, but you can only achieve this if you're a born-again Chrisitan. When you're touched by The Holy Spirit, it surges through your veins like a race horse running for the roses, and your eyes become the most beautiful color that God gave you! You'll shake from head to toe, and have the most AWSOME JOY ever in your entire life! You won't be able to stop smiling, or laughing! It's the BEST buzz on earth!
Watch out for those demons, ok? May Christ bless you on your journey!

Yes!
At a G.I.F.T. Retreat (God Is First Totally) I felt a breeze go through the chapel, stronger than when a person walks by, but not a harsh summer breeze. there were silk banners hanging on the handrails that led up to the stage/pulpet and they were moving, but there were no vents near them, and i was latter told that the air conditioning had been broken for two days and was't due to be fixt for another three days.
Yes! the Holy Spirit can and does feel like a breeze!

I have felt the movement of air when filled with the Holy Spirit, but not like goosebumps. My body feels weightless.
Anyway, keep praying to be in-filled, it is a wonderful feeling. GOD bless.

No. The presence of the Holy Spirit dwells spiritually in the hearts of those who are born again in Christ. There is no 'breeze' or rush of air that you feel against you - that's a myth.

It could, or it could be a still small voice. Just like people have many ways of communicating so does the Holy Spirit.

hehe... good question.
Spirits are energy... period.
The Holy Spirit doesn't just pass by you, but he FILLS you when you're open to Him.
He heals you, he calms you, he gives you peace.
If whatever you felt scared you, then I assure you it wasn't the Holy Spirit.
Angels feel cool, but so do demons. The only difference in sensation is if you feel a terror or fear or not.
Alot of ppl get different sensations when they do feel the Holy Spirit though... you just have to ask God for the ability to tell which spirit is which... and use common sense... that always helps me. (watch what you're thinking, because spirits influence your thoughts.)

The Bible says when the disciples were in the upper room one mind one accord in prayer the Holy Spirit of God came in like a mighty rushing wind so to me it is possible that somebody can be filled up enough the Lord can let you fill him in that person.

It's not the Holy Spirit. It's a Time Traveler. You're in a portal and the traveler is either entering or exiting the portal. Incidentally, some of them like to do the "breeze thing" just to see your reaction.
