If taken double doses of a lot worse... Still probably better to take them spread out or do a 1 1/2 dose (biting works fine just hold on the broken chuncks) before you try doubling it.

It depends if you honestly do have low dopemine levels due to ADHD you may be fine. If you do not have ADHD and your dopemine levels are normal you will not be able to get to sleep easily and you will get the jitters.
