ok guys i like a girl i work with and want to let her know i like her. i have asked her to the cinema but because of her rag week in college she cant really. i work with her in a bar she is 19 and i only turned 21 she sends out all the right signals but im very shy and dont know how to respond to them. my last relationship was a longterm relationship and she broke up with me and it has really lowered my self confidence about how to approach a girl please help. kind regards

I'm no Don Juan or anything and I was as shy as a turnip in HS, but I think that girls kinda respect the direct approach more. Truly, it is all about confidence. Just ask her and don't worry if things don't go as planned, you're not in a fish bowl; there are millions and millions of girls out there. But if she is giving all the right signals, then she is probably waiting for you to make the first move.

Learn body language. When you talk to her about anything at all notice what her body does. Dose she consistently turn her whole body to face you? That is the "in"signal. Subconsciously she is including you in her private space and excluding others. If she looks at you but doesn't turn toward you, that is a neutral signal. She likes you but not that much. Not yet, anyway. If she responds but looks away sort of not giving you her full attention, you are "out". Give it up.
If you feel that you are "in" look right in her eyes and say anything nice. Even something like, "Eve, I really like working with you." Or "Eve, you have the kindest eyes". Or "Eve, you have the cutest smile".
That should be enough to open the door.

To get this girl to notice you I think you need to boost your confidence up,,because I'm sure your a great guy,,and ask her when she is free to have a weekend out with you,,if you really like her you wont stop trying until you succeed in what your looking for in this girl.

Maybe ask her for a friendly cup of coffee at Starbucks or an ice cream from dairy queen or ask her if she would like to go have a picnic with you someplace cool

Put a BIG smile on your face (including eye smiles). When you meet her during work time ask her out confidently.
"Would you like to go out with me this weekend?"
If she refuses more than three times, and didn't give you any suggestions to go out with you. I think she has low interest level in you. It's time to walk away man.

You may like her, but do you want a relationship? If you want a relationship, then what i would do is ask her what does she like in a guy... If you can match that, then i guess you should just go for it.... you never know....
