There are some decent freeware photo editing programs out there. You are looking for something called a "clone brush" tool. Suppose the girl has a wart on her nose. Well, you pick a good looking part of her face and click there. Now go to the wart and drag the other part of the clone brush across it. The two brushes (good part and clone) will move together and whatever is under one is copied to the other. Good skin replaces the wart. Same thing for removing parked cars in front of the Eiffel Tower, although it is more work. Super useful for olde pictures that have got scratches and blems.

That actuall depends where the unwanted object is. If it's more to the edge, then you can crop the image. (You can use Abobe Photoshop) If it's more in the middle, I have no idea...

first right click on the picture, then open it with paint.
2nd: use the cut out option and remove it.
