Easy answer -- get rid of the flea collar. Flea collars don't work, unless you can manage to get the collar on the flea!!
Seriously, use your money more wisely and purchase a monthly spot on product like Advantage, Frontline, or Revolution. They last for 30 days (some longer), don't smell bad and don't cause skin reactions like flea collars can.
And, it's really difficult to keep the cats off the bed once you've let them do it for a period of time. Keeping the door shut with them outside the room may be the best way.

thats so adorable, but i think the reason why your cats is on ur bed is because ur cat just want to be close to you and thats probably where your cats loves to sleep. but if u want u can use a squir gun to get ur cat off ur bed unless ur cat like water then that wont work but if i were u i would just leavce the cat on the bed and let ur cat be hope that helps

Why would you want to? Just nudge him gently aside, and tell him to make room for you!
My husband and I wake up with a pile of cats on top of us every morning---we love it!

snuggle up and shower him with an overwhelming show of affection, hugs and kisses. or tickle his toes til he gets annoyed and moves. if all else fails, manually pick him up and gently lay him down on a soft surface to continue his rest there....................it is very hard to bring yourself to disturb them, isnt it.....=-)
