I have a Pomeranian who is 1 year old(in human life) and ive looked up wikipedia and found out she will live about 15 years.
Is that 15 years of human life of dog life? and if not how long will she live in HUMAN life?

It is 15 years in human years. And there is no way to know in advance how long she will live. Lots of factors influence life span. She might live longer, or she might not.
Feeding her a good quality diet and giving her appropriate exercise will greatly increase her chances of a long life.
If you bought her from a petstore or backyard breeder, chances are her life will be much shorter.

That's based on human's years. It's also an average--she's not guaranteed to last that long, and yet she may last even longer. I had a Scottish Terrier mix that lasted until he was almost 20 and we put him down because he was in so much pain from all of his ailments--arthritis and tumors.

They do mean 15 human years approx give or take a couple years

i don't know. i am stupid! 7 years in dog years is... ummm 1 YEAR! your dog would be two when it dies dumbo so human years!
