He is in heaven together with God because Adan killed more people and God take him to heaven according to some Christian believe and by the way Jesus wasn´t the first to go heaven (john 3:13) was Adan according to that believe so Jesus lie. Doesn´t have any sense, does it?

and if you mean Adam and Jesus, then Jesus came first, as He's God. Since Heaven is in eternity, Jesus was expressing that He was God (John 3:13), as he is in Heaven and on Earth, which would usually defy the logic of person. But, God is extraordinary.

The correct answer is JESUS,
read John 1:1 which says: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
and then read: John 1:14 which says: "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."

Jesus existed in heaven before he came to earth. Adam was created as a human, and he died and then he ceased to exist. Poof...no more Adam...ever. Jesus was the first person who died and then was resurrected to heaven.
John 3:13: "Moreover, no man has ascended into heaven but he that descended from heaven, the Son of man."
That verse is speaking of Jesus because he is the only one who descended from heaven and became human, died and then ascended to heaven. He is referred to as the Son of man in several instances.

John 3:13 says that no one has ever gone to heaven AND RETURNED, but the Son of Man (Jesus) has come down from heaven. No one has gone to heaven AND RETURNED, but Jesus did. only one man has gone to heaven without dying, and that was Elija (2 Kings 2:6-13) but he has not come back. only Jesus came back.
