You bet I'm a nurse. Try to see someone like a doctor for medication. Don't worry the medication works so well in many people and they live normal lives. Every one needs something at one time in their lives. Take care and I wish you all the best, hang in there

Anxiety can lead to depression easily. If you have general anxiety disorder you do miss out on many activities that others do and can feel left out. Worse still is if you have panic disorder with agoraphobia as that limits your interactions with others greatly. Any time there is a disconnect from a social life it makes you question your "normality." If X can go here then why can't I? It all can build up and attack your self esteem.
All anxiety, no matter how bad it feels, does not last. Things will go back to the way you wanted it, but patience is the key. Get the help you need, focus on your goals and do not be hard on yourself. There's nothing "wrong" with you.

While anxiety and depression are two separate issues, they can happen together.
Anxiety is a thinking problem. Depression is a mood related issue.
Excessive worry or concern about anything can cause a person to feel depressed.
You make mention of worrying about no one caring. Perhaps a way to think about this is that either:
1. There are people who care about you, and you just don't realize it.
2. There are people who would care about you, if they met you.....and you just haven't met them yet.
I am guessing by your question that you may be feeling hurt and depressed, AND, somewhat of a reality check here,
Anxiety (excessive worry or concern) is a poor use of your imagination. You are believing (incorrectly) that you know some future outcome, or that you know what everyone thinks about you.
The truth is you are okay, just like everyone else. You will make mistakes, like everyone else. Good things, and not so good things will happen in your life, just like everyone else.
You are in control of what you think, and if you don't like or agree with any thought, you don't have to do anything; and you have the freedom of choice to think and believe whatever you want.
If you are unable to deal with your anxiety on your own, seek some guidance from a licensed therapist or counselor.
Deal with the untrue worries about yourself, and the depression will have no reason to exist.

I start having problems at a young age also. Your mom might have stopped taking you to the therapist because you don't have health insurance but, you can still get help. Confide in your mom that you want / need to see a therapist again. Then either you or even better your mom can call 211 this is a national referral help line, they have listing of therapists and mental health clinics that will see you for free or for very little money. You can also go and talk to a trusted grown up someone like a teacher, or your school nurse or a guidance councilor if you have one. There are people and places where you can get help. Be good to yourself and talk to someone. I really wish I had when I was your age. The sooner you get help the faster you will get better.

The more depressed you become the more anxious you are about it! So you force yourself to get going and take part in life and then you get so anxious you have an anxiety attack thinking about going out into public! You want to hide! So you sleep, then you get anxious cause you know this is abnormal so---you get an anxiety attack! Vicious cycle! So you get out for awhile and smile like the Camilion you are and get in conversations and totally "play" the ordinary person just out for the day! Alas as time goes by you begin to feel anxious, why you don't know, cause you have no reason to be home no one is worried where you are, but something keeps digging at you like your supposed to be home. Then your depressed again because, indeed no one is wondering where you are or even cares. Ain't it grand? been there. Time to create routines and force yourself to do them! That's my agenda for the day!

They do often go together. I have the same worries when I am depressed, think people hate me, etc. When you find the right medications, they do help that quite a bit, then you get better social suppport, which helps the depression even more.
Good luck!!

Anxiety and depression are often co-occurring. Luckily, some antidepressants are actually good for treating anxiety as well!

Yes they do. It's like a roller coster. Up and down.
People who have this do well with medications. See you're doctor as soon as possible. It could be serious.
