avocados are high in fat.. however,, it is the good kind... so don't worry about eating them.

Well, they are not low fat in any way but they do not contain any bad fats. So, in my opinion i do not think that a little bit of an avocado here and there would hurt you. Just make sure you dont eat the whole thing ;)

Avocados are HIGH in fat, BUT, they are a kind of GOOD FAT, which is needed for the body to maintain heart health.
Eating monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, like nuts, olives, and avocados is encouraged.
If you are watching calories and your weight, limit portion sizes.
Everything in moderation. You need to cut out saturated fat (meats, cheese, cream etc.), but do not cut of "good" fats in moderation, unless your doctor has advised you otherwise.
