I recieved my Windows Vista Express Upgrade today and found out it was a DVD. I only have a CD-ROM in my computer so it won't work. I noticed on the Microsoft website that after you purchase you just enter in the Product Key to download. Does anyone know if I can just go to a website and enter in my Product Key to download Vista so it doesn't go to waist? Thanks.

Even if you downloaded it it would be worse, its 4Gb then you would need to burn it to a DVD.

I beta tested Vista it rocks.

First, gather your sales slip or receipt, order number, customer number, date of purchase, serial number of your PC, anything you can in case you are asked for it - then contact the seller. I'm sure they can supply you with a CD instead of a DVD.

Before you do that, check your CD/ROM. Mine has an indentation which allowed it to accept and install a driver which was on a DVD-sized disk. Your might also.
