I got a color consultation and took in a few pics out of magazines that I liked, it's a lot easier than trying to explain a color. A picture is worth 1,000 words.

If you want to color on your own you can go to Sally Beauty and get their Ion Color Brilliance line, I've used it and it has beautiful pigments. Bear in mind, it's a permanent color.

Ash colors are a little dull sometimes. I have had good luck with 4N (neutrals) and that gets a very deep chocolate brown but alot depends on the brand and your original hair color.

You've probably wasted enough money on the wrong color to have your hair PROFESSIONALLY colored. Take a picture of the Gulianna to make sure the stylist knows exactly what color you want. Different colors and textures of hair accept color differently and your professional will know best what to expect.

It all depends what your skin tone is....her hair looks great on her because it meshes well with her tone...it might not look as great on you....my advice is to go to a salon and tell the stylist what you want and bring a picture and she will bring out color swatches and match it to the picture and also compare it to your skin tone. Together you and your stylist should find the "perfect brown" that you have been looking for.

I saw my friend using a European "Betz Black-Hair Restorer" & the color is nice & natural. You could email the company for info: BETZhair@gmail.com

Maybe you should print her picture and take it to the salon. Show them the picture and ask if they can dye your hair in that extact color. Ask them for help.

it really depends on what is your original color. if your hair is black get a lighter color. if you are blond get a darker one.
